Simple Window Resizer Tool
A downloadable Resize for Windows
I made this quickly because I got sick of resizing my non-borderless windowed apps and games. Feel free to use it how you like.

Install instructions
Download the EXE file and run it. The EXE should be put inside it's own folder so you can save presets.
If you are worried about a virus, go to https://www.virustotal.com and upload the file. It will scan for viruses.
